Students at McKinley Tech Receive Video Podcast Training From CTO Kundra and OCTO Staff   Students at McKinley Tech High School received first-hand training in how to create and edit video podcasts during a visit with Mayor Adrian M. Fenty and Chief Technology Officer Vivek Kundra.   CTO Kundra and OCTO staff helped the students record a message from Mayor Fenty and CTO Kundra, and edit the video presentation for "The Platform"- OCTO's bi-monthly newsletter.
