The DC Office of the Chief Technology Officer's (OCTO) State Broadband and Digital Equity Office is excited to open the public comment period for our BEAD Initial Proposal Vol. 1 & 2 and soon the Draft Digital Equity Plan for the District of Columbia.
Pursuant to 47 U.S.C. § 1702(e)(3), this BEAD Initial Proposal Volume 1 and Volume 2 will be published in the D.C. Register, and will be made publicly available at techtogether.dc.gov for no less than thirty days before submission to NTIA. To submit a public comment send an email to techtogether@dc.gov.
Public comments should be received by 11:59pm on Tuesday, December 19, 2023.
