While AI offers transformative opportunities—from automating routine tasks to improving service delivery—it also poses challenges that local governments, educators, employers, and residents must navigate collectively. This panel brings together leaders from technology innovation, public libraries, and public-sector workforce strategy to examine how DC can build an equitable, future-ready workforce in the age of AI.
