Join the Office of the Chief Technology Officer (OCTO) at the AI Public Listening Session to help provide input on DC Government’s use of AI. This event is hosted and organized by OCTO on behalf of the Advisory Group on AI Values Alignment (AIVA).

Washington, DC stands at a pivotal moment as artificial intelligence rapidly reshapes the nature of work, public services, and talent pipelines. While AI offers transformative opportunities—from automating routine tasks to improving service delivery—it also poses challenges that local governments, educators, employers, and residents must navigate collectively. This panel brings together leaders from technology innovation, public libraries, and public-sector workforce strategy to examine how DC can build an equitable, future-ready workforce in the age of AI.
