DC State Broadband and Digital Equity Officer (SBDEO) Opens Public Comment on BEAD and Digital Equity Plans

The DC Office of the Chief Technology Officer's (OCTO) State Broadband and Digital Equity Office is excited to open the public comment period for our BEAD Initial Proposal Vol. 1 & 2 and soon the Draft Digital Equity Plan for the District of Columbia.
Pursuant to 47 U.S.C. § 1702(e)(3), this BEAD Initial Proposal Volume 1 and Volume 2 will be published in the D.C. Register, and will be made publicly available at techtogether.dc.gov for no less than thirty days before submission to NTIA. To submit a public comment send an email to [email protected].
Public comments should be received by 11:59pm on Tuesday, December 19, 2023.
