On Sunday, July 21, 2002 at approximately 12:10 am, Mr. Charles Booker was shot in the 4300 block of Varnum Place, NE. He later died of his gunshot injuries. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this homicide.
